The information provided in this form is confidential and is stored on Fife Carer Centres secure systems. We will use it to contact you to provide you with individual carer support and let you know about events, training and other opportunities relevant to your caring situation by email, post, SMS or phone if these details are provided.

We will not share or sell your personal information for marketing purposes, however we are required to share some anonymised data with our funders, local and national government for statistical and research purposes only.

We use some third party suppliers, for example to send information by post and email, some of which store your data outside of the UK. For your protection we will ensure that they meet the same requirements of UK and EU data protections laws.

If you are completing this form on behalf of someone else, you must have their consent to do so. Fife Carers Centre will contact them directly where possible and make them aware of how we use their personal data. Your own details will also be stored in our secure systems for reference and statistical purposes.
