This two-day programme gives you a practical toolbox of strategies and ideas to tackle life's challenges, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of who you are and what you need. It is not a therapy programme. It is a structured, supportive experience focused on real, usable tools you can take away and apply to your everyday life.
What Thrive can help you with:
Raising self-esteem and confidence, strengthening your support network, improving relationships, becoming more assertive, making positive changes, and developing a clearer sense of your own wellbeing and goals. The programme also helps you spot early warning signs when things are getting difficult, and build personal action plans before they do.
What the two days look like:
Day one covers the foundations: hope, personal responsibility, self-advocacy, support networks, and your wellness toolbox. Day two builds on that, exploring stress management, daily planning, early warning signs, and finishing with a personalised wellness strategy you leave with.
Lunch and refreshments are provided on both days.
By the end of the programme, you will have practical tools to feel better, stay well, and move forward with more confidence.
This programme is free and open to unpaid carers across Fife.
