Carers Groups
& Meet ups

(Picture above - Carers and Befrienders picnic in the park)
Carers groups are a simple way for carers to meet up with people who understand how being a carer can affect your life. Each group has its own way of doing things but most of them will give you a chance to enjoy a cuppa and a chat and make new friends.
During the Covid 19 lockdown period we experimented with different ways of connecting and we have kept some of those going in our online groups.  We also have a range of different ways of connecting with each other so we hope you find something here that will suit you!
