Caring and Living Anxiously
Most of us experience anxiety at times in our lives; the important thing is to learn how to deal with it so that it doesn’t get in the way of you living your life!
This workshop will help carers to
• understand where anxiety comes from
• learn how anxiety can affect us
• identify sources of our anxiety and our own responses to it
• learn ways to combat everyday anxiety so that it doesn’t grow into something problematic
